Convenient location with easy access to the city center via a nearby bus stop. The bus service is frequent and reasonably priced. The shower was impressive with great water pressure. Breakfast was enjoyable, with friendly service from the staff. Despite some room issues, I would consider staying here again if improvements are made. a decent option for a short visit to Edinburgh.

My stay at this hotel was a great value for the money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all present and the rooms had very comfortable beds with real water pressure in the showers. Plus, the location by the bus stop made it convenient to explore the city.
Despite some minor flaws, all in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a lovely time. the hotel had a great location, close to all the holiday festivities and restaurants. Plus, it was nice to have on-site parking available. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with extra blankets and pillows when we needed them.
Although the room was cozy, it was a bit small and there wasn't much space to move around. the breakfast options were limited, with only a few items available.

The location of this guest house is great as there are different transport options to get around the city. There are two bus stops nearby, one with multiple bus routes, and the other with a direct line to the Botanic Gardens. the guest rooms are clean and spacious, with lovely views of the castle. the breakfast is excellent with a variety of options and friendly staff.
One minor issue was the intermittent Wi-Fi signal in the upper floors of the guest house.

Great location close to public transport and breakfast provided. Room was comfortable with good facilities, including a kitchen to cook in.
Poor quality of cleaning, with sticky surfaces in the room. Room quality did not match its high price.

This hotel was great for where we wanted to be, with easy access to a bus route that takes you straight into the city center. The bus stop was just a 2-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family of 4. We had a great view of the main road, although it was a bit noisy for my taste. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast, cooked by a lovely lady, was delicious. They even had vegetarian options, which suited my halal dietary requirements.
All was fine, no complaints.
